Father Bill Wagner was ordained to the priesthood on June 2, 1973 at St Peter in Chains Cathedral, by Archbishop Joseph L. Bernardin, following his studies at St. Gregory Seminary, Xavier Seminary, Mount St. Mary's Seminary, and University of Cincinnati.
